Manure!!
I buy a bulk bag of blended horse manure (mushroom compost) twice a year from "Garden Clever". It's the cheapest I've seen and free delivery and it's lovely stuff.
The last bag was NOT the same....black, crumbly with no smell and I emailed them.
In a couple of hours they wrote back apologising and are delivering the proper stuff tomorrow and I get to keep the other stuff called "Humost" which is just a soil conditioner (although it's the same price!).
What can I use it for? I thought I could mix it with my compost which has chicken poo in as it doesn't have much goodness.
Any ideas folks? I've got a bulk bag to get rid of.......

Won't it all be a bit excessive with manure too? Won't the level of the garden rise and swamp the plants? I love compost but do I want to be carried away on a tide of it?
Just wondered if I could use it like bagged compost for sowing seed or for pots, say, as long as I add some goodness?
I shall deffo put some on the beds.
