Hiya Everyone

New too this site and too chicken keeping learning everyday
I have 2 9month old chickens good layer no problem but they are bullies and 2buffs 1frizzle and one sliky all 19weeks old my question is when do i worm the chicks and when do they start too lay eggs althought i think one of my buffs is a male i,ve tryed to upload pic,s but its not working
 any advice very welcome

You can worm everyone now, at the same time (especially if the laying pullets haven't been wormed before).

What breeds are your buffs and frizzle?  As they're 19 weeks old now, you might be luck in that the start to lay this year, but if they are pure breeds, the many not actually lay until next spring now

I think I have read on here many topics about the  effectiveness of herbal and 'natural' wormers so just in case you thought of using one of those brands might be worthwhile reading some of the threads on here

I was new to chicken keeping last year and the advice I was given was to use flubenvet which is cheap and most of all effective.

Thanks for the advice most grateful my two laying hens have been wormed before i got them
my buffs are buff orbingtons the fizzle i,m not sure think she maybe a polish one tryed to upload pic,s but can,t do it

didnt think it would be that long till they lay hey ho so time for me toget worming thanks
