They look like pretty old leaves so unless they are all like that I wouldn't worry too much (a liquid feed with tomato fertiliser wouldn't hurt though.)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

At this time of the season I would not worry too much. It looks like magnesium defficiency and unless it is all the leaves I would not worry too much. The yellowing older leaves you get on tomatoes are similar.

It may tell you that your soil is a little defficient in magnesium. Apply epsom salts with a watering can once the leaves are fully expanded in late Spring.
