I certainly do not think that courgette are more than resistant, in mild quantities there leaves start to point upward.  Stronger they look quite sick.

There is also the question of the compost made with such plants.

The big question for me also is how much of this stuff is getting into goods in the shops, veg and bread. 

The recommendation is that you can plant wheat one month after application,  but does the wheat absort the herbicide without being affected?

Yes, wheat will absorb the aminopyralid. The only consolation is that at the moment, aminopyralid is not licensed for use on cerials in the UK. However, I think that it is licensed in North America.

The only consolation is that the man from Dow Agrosciences assured me that aminopyralid goes straight through mammals (that's why it sits in horse manure).

As for courgettes - I've got one that has gone TOTALLY WEIRD, as per your description above, hoeohoehoe. Courgettes are definitely affected by Dow's herbicides.
