It looks as though it could be magnesium or a general nutrient deficiency. If so, some Epsom Salts would help for magnesium.

how do you tret it

Dissolve a good couple of spoonfuls in a watering can full of water and water the soil around it. Some chicken pellets or bonemeal in the autumn would also help as it might be a general lack of nutrients.

I agree with the epsom salts treatment, but I'd put the chicken pellets or any manure you have on now as the condition may get worse if its not just magnesium deficiency.
