Can i add lime to patch even tho it is planted up

Welcome to the site flopsy  :)

Is this a question in relation to the plot generally, or have you got specific plants in mind?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Sorry i ment the allotment in general as i have done a test and it reading 7 - 7.5 i understand this may be a bit high

I'll split this off to make a new thread, as it's a 4 year old one, specifically asking about runner beans.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Adding lime will raise the pH level. 7 to 7.5 is OK for most crops.
Any day above ground is a good day.

You have good soil for brassicas already............it doesn't look as if you need more lime :)
