do I need to worry? they seem to fly out when I water or when I am "fiddling" with the plant  :blink:

Are they blackfly, or are they more in the compost?  If the latter, they're fungus gnats, usually caused by damp compost and I don't think they do too much damage.

yes they are coming from the compost I will look them up thank you
