you poor thing.

I know it sounds odd but in a way its good that this chicken has come to you cause you care enough to do something for it and in your position I wouldnt take it back either cause who knows what would happen to it, but i would get on the phone and tell this person about it and make sure he knew I was NOT amused!!!

I would expect some kind of compensation as in a refund and make him realise that getting a bad name in this sort of business is really bad news !

Do feel free to tell us who precisely this is so we dont go there,
hope your very cute chicken gets sorted out at least it has a hopefull future now.
