hi there very new to the site lots of questions so here goes. I have attempted to grow potatoes for a couple of years with limited results a get potatoes but small quantity's.
I planted my seed potatoes a week or two before Easter they have started to flower now. Not sure if I remove the flower or leave them on hope you can help

Leave the flowers on the potato plants. Out of interest, what variety or varieties are you growing.

Yes Maris Peer is a second early.

Second earlies take about 16 weeks so if you planted around Easter (late April this year) you are looking at early August at the earliest.
