So did I and found enough Pentland Javelin for a pixie.  Might wait another week.  Exciting isn't it. :)

I was harvesting some broad beans yesterday and there were a few volunteer potatoes growing amongst them, there were a few nice potatoes there.  So in lieu of a furtle I tipped out a box I have been growing Arran Pilot in.  Nice crop too.  We are having a broad been and new potato salad today!

One of my Charlotte potato plants are flowering so I guess the spuds will be up soon?
All the way from my allotment in beautiful Derbyshire. I'm in year 3 of my allotment and wish I'd caught the bug years ago, things growing from strength to strength

My planted spuds are really small still in the rain starved south east, but the volunteers growing in neat lines where I had my spuds last year are looking good  ::)  Made a great job of of clearing them last year - NOT, but quite pleased I was so slipshod now

I have flowers on Charlotte and Rocket but I'm not rushing to lift them just yet.

Had a look at one of my Tuskar first earlies and lots of little potatoes, but just a bit too small.  Another 2 weeks I think.
