Egg shell problem
My problem is, my girls have access to plently of oyster grit, fed on layers pellets, fresh water ever day and regular greens and I even put poultry spice into their food for extra minerals but their eggs shells are so thin...and they almost completley stopped laying.  My girls are ex bats and I got them last September.

Sadly exbatts can have such problems after their useful commercial egg laying days are done.  They may well have a chronic problem caused by a previous infection such as Infectious Bronchitis or even have been damaged by the vaccinations they received.  It sounds like you are doing all the right things but I'd also try a multivit in their drinking water and some cod liver oil added to their pellets as Calcium absorption is also dependant on Vit D2 and increasing ca without also adding vit D2 might not lead to more calcium being absorbed.  Sunshine will help them produce Vit D too.  There are also calcium supplements which might help but I've no experience of using these.  I'd also cut back on treat feeds and kitchen scraps including greens and keep nutrition simple with just layer pellets in the day ad lib and a handful of mixed poultry corn in the evening only.

However you might have to be resigned to the fact their laying days are coming to an end.  Just watch out for signs of soft shells and egg binding which poor shell quality can lead to before egg laying comes to an end.  Egg binding can cause egg yolk peritonitis which is a very dangerous condition as well as prolapse also serious and life threatening.

Taking Exbatts is an act of compassion and not a very reliable way to lots of free good quality eggs, you can be lucky or often unlucky.

I had a similar problem with my hens.  I added limestone flour to their pellets, put them on a mild dosage of Life-Guard, and the eggs that we have gotten since then, have greatly improved.  (They ignored the mixed hen grit I put out!)
When I die I will slide in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand and chocolate in the other, screaming, "Whooo hooo!  What a ride!" as life is to be enjoyed to the fullest!
