UNKNOWN SHRUB

I attach a phot of another shrub Ihave been asked the name of.  The flower is pineapple shaped and actually smells like one as well.
Any idea of the name please

Hi there - looks like a type of Broom Cytisus battandieri , or Pineapple Broom. Good on clay soils apparently.
small, Welsh and almost certainly bonkers, but can be tamed with Talisker, if required
