One of my new ex-batts has a growth over one eye.  Is it anything to worry about?

did she arrive that way or has this growth appeared since you've had her?

it looks sore. could you try to bathe it or check if its like a sty (or contain puss)? you might need to get it checked out.

one of mine has a small permanant spot like growth over her eye and was there when we got her. it wasn't sore and she let us touch it and clean it. 3 months later it is still there and hasn't grown or changed in any way. we were told to just keep an eye on it and take her to the vet if it started to grow or look infected.

Trip to the vet for some antibiotics I'd say.

Only got the ex-batts 10 days a go and we're off to the vet's already    She had the growth when I got her and it doesn't look sore or pussy, I'll try touching it.  But better to be safe than sorry so will get it checked out.
