once it has been grated and mixed in, no - as you will eat the flecks of horseradish. But you can freeze horseradish well enough - cut into small chunks and freeze as it is. Then defrost a chunk as you need to make up horseradish sauce as needed.

Is it like ginger, easier to grate whilst still frozen ?
