The last coiuple of of eggs Bramble has laid have had a little blood on them, is there anything wrong?

has Bramble only just come into lay, (or back into lay)?  It is not unusual to have a smal smear of blood on the egg shell, especially if the egg is large.  I would only worry if it occurred over a prlonged period of time, or if there was a large amount (visible drops in the nest box)

I had the same situation last year and a trip to the vet confirmed an infection which AB's sorted out. Its a worry when you are not sure what is wrong
