Hi, My garlic went in as it does every year October 31st to ward off the evil spirits   However this year the tops have started to go rusty yellow all ready Wouldcutting the yellow tops help?? or would it do any harm as it doesn't look good and I get told off by the retired crew offten enough as i don't always use my tape measureand when I do i work im metere and mill

I get rust most years.

It doesn't affect the bulbs, so just leave it.
