To make a long story short we are moving this fall. I will still have my patch where I try (emphasis on try) to grow AG:s, but I also plan to grow some smaller pumpkins in my new garden.
So, my question is, you have any advice on bushy pumpkins or squash that don't spread out so much but rather stay in the shape of a bush?

Apparently the spaghetti squash grows naturally in a bush - but most squash can be trained to grow up poles - you just have to careful about over heavy fruit
Be Reasonable Demand the Impossible

Organic as much as my plot neighbours allow

My patty pan squash (bought as a summer squash) is quite compact not a rambling marauder like the "jack o lanterns".  Funky shaped fruit that taste yummy too! :D
