Chicken eggs hatch after 21 days.
3 o'clock is both too early and too late to start anything - Sartre said so.

Chicken eggs hatch after 21 days.

And batams 19 days I believe, though I havent hatched any bantams myself.  :)

My own chickens which are large Cuckoo Marans take at least 22 and sometimes 24+ but they are very large eggs.

All the best
Sue
I love my traditional clean legged English Cuckoo Marans

Just to clarify, you have bought fertile hatching eggs, or you have your own cockerel?

Bantams do tend to hatch a day or two earlier than large fowl, but it depends on the size of the egg.  My sabelpoots hatched on day 19 and day 20 last year, but their eggs were only 30g!
