Some of my radish have gone to seed and have now produced a crop of pods.
Are they safe to eat ?
Do they have any nutritional value?
Has anybody tried tham?
Ah well ! There is always next year !

If picked fresh and green they are good to eat. If you like radish that is. They can be eaten raw or used in cooking and they mix well with courgette curry.

If you want to harvest the seeds, you must leave them to turn dry and straw coloured. Remember that any f1 or other hybrid plants will not come true from saved seed.
