My girls are losing their neck feathers, should I worry?  One of the girls is very keen on preening the others and i have seen her pull feathers but she too is losing neck feathers.  Any ideas?

Your girlies can just moult at the neck!  I was worried when this happened to my girl. It was her first bit of moulting but I was assured by my supplier that it was perfectly normal and no cause for concern. He was right    It does pay though to be vigilant and check for any "lodgers"

thanks for that reassurance compostqueen, will check for lodgers and will purple spray to try and stop the enthusiastic preening!!
