I don't dig or rotovate, not even at the beginning of work on my plot. Didn't weedkill either

It works very well and I grow lots of lovely veg

I use manure on my plot and I use mulches but that's not just a no-dig thing.  I have a bad back so I have to be careful what I do. When my back has been really bad I just had to stand on the muck heap and throw it in the general direction of where I wanted it as I couldn't lift it with the fork and barrow it

We grow veg in raised beds, so would struggle to really dig in compost or manure. We've grown some monster veg over the last few years, so it can't be a bad thing to do!
(Oh, my backs just fine, until I start to dig - thats when the problems begin...!)
