Can anyone help?
« on: December 28, 2010, 10:49 »
Hope you and chooks all enjoyed Christmas. I need some help re the wheelbarrow I use to clean out the coop. It had a puncture which I had mended and when I put the wheel back on it tightens up as it turns so I can't move it! I don't think I've lost any bits does anyone know the cure? Thanks

It's kind of difficult to say without seeing it. Any chance of a photo? There are hundreds of different types of barrows made by different manufacturers :)

Just a thought, take the wheel off again and replace it the other way round.  You never know, may just be out of true a smidge !  Cheers,   ;) Tony,
I may be growing OLD, but I refuse to grow UP !

Have you put the "washers" back in the wrong place.....or was the wheel not aligned centrally before you tightened up the bolt's......or  maybe you've overtightened the bolts?

Some people say that I've got a couple of bolts missing ......but it does sound like you have a washer missing.........hope that helps.

Thanks for the advice now Christmas is over and the weather warmer I'll have a go at it. Which side of the 'prong' should the washer be - inside or out?
