Using garlic powder daily had no adverse effect on the taste of eggs.

I put a tea spoon of garlic granules in their water each day and as I tip the old water on the grass there is always a gang of hens waiting for the old soaked granules to peck up. So they are getting garlicky water and well soaked granules. I've never noticed any problems with garlic flavoured eggs.

I have just starded to add garlic granuals to their food. I hope the eggs don't smell or taste garlicky as I make a lot of cakes and somehow I don't think they would taste so good :blink:

I use garlic granules in their feed all the time, plus seaweed and at the mo' poultry tonic as they are mostly moulting, plus I add a crushed clove in the water, and no even with this lot the eggs don't smell of garlic.

Garlicky Seaweed Cake!  My favourite!  Do you make it with chocolate icing?   

Glad to hear garlic doesn't affect egg flavour.  I will chalk that one up as another urban myth.
