Welcome to the site.
Do you mean when should you 'worm' your hens?
I would worm them as soon as you can using flubenvet which is the most recommended wormer on this site.

Red mite is another one to look out for.  Just type red mite into the search box on the top right hand corner and you will find loads of info.
