I'm a bit of a novice I've got 100 litres of the stuff at a decent price.  It says it's got 'trace elements'? and is good for food for 4 weeks?  What does all this mean? Are there any places it shouldn't go - beds where certain veg has just been grown / beds where I intend to grow certan veg?

By the way my winter onions went in 5 or 6 weeks ago and are doing brilliantly..  I've planted them where our caulis went last year and the leaves ate already about 4 inches!

are you sure that it is manure?..........because that is the kind of thing they say on multi purpose compost bags

Real manure would last for more than 4 weeks.
