I have a hen who has had loose droppings ever since she survived a fox attack 2 years ago. She eats, scratches, has nice healthy looking feathers and until recently a bright red comb. She's only laid a few eggs since the attack, but given the circumstances, I don't blame her!
The problem now is that her poo is increasingly loose, it comes out in a projectile squirt with a lot of clear liquid first and then a sort of dark green/brown sludge with white granules in. And it hums!
I've looked on the poo pages but nothing matches up.
She beginning to moult and I can see new feathers coming through, so her feather making equipment is still working!
Does anyone out there have any ideas what might be wrong with her and if I can sort her tummy out or is this the end of the road for her?

You could try worming her, she might not actually be passing any but they could be in her, worth a try.

I agree, worming would be the first thing to try.  If that doesn't help her I'd get some antibiotics.

Worming with flubenvet I presume.

Antibiotics from your vet.  The choice usually depends on what they keep in stock.  Often Baytril and sometimes Metronidazole too.

Yes with flubenvet.....on grapes.....pear was refused

One of my chickens had bad really runny poo, I treated with flubenvet and then followed it up a few weeks later with Verm-x stuff that I just added to the water.  Poo is fine and solid now.
