Just made my 3rd batch of apple jelly with mint this time it looks cool with the mint suspended in it. Thanks for all the help and advise.

Made jam and chutney but was put off jelly because I was told it was more difficult.

Going to try it with chilli flakes next and then tarragon and thyme umm then spices then rose water then.............................................................................
