Hi,We have in our paddock quite a few large Hop vines,these grow every year and have hoards of hops on them,can I use them,I have heard they use them in beer but this is out of my league so any advice would be welcomed-If I am not prepared to use them maybe some of you may like some-pay the postage only of course!

Hi Missie you can use them along with camomile and/or lavender to make sleep pillows

if you can find the varity then id happily pay the postage for them a friend of mine says that they can be used dyred and mixed with lavander and chamomile to mae a sleep tea
