Hello all

I know I should be planting out my kale plants now but they all got eaten  almost overnight...rabbits, pigeons, grrr!

Has anyone had success with starting Kale from scratch now?
going to give it a go, as I've just moved allotment and need to get something in to break up the monotony of clearing :shock: but having someone say it's not a complete waste of time would be great

Am in Sunny Scunny on a sandy soil!

i would give it a go, my first lot of kale was planted ages ago and is 3ft high, but i sowed some more seed in modules 4w ago and potted them on last week, will plant out once i get some ground clear after early potatoes

Yes give it a go. What have you got to lose other than a few seeds.
