Hi there,
I have a 10 month old rhode island red (Nora) and she has lost the will to eat and drink. She just stands in one stop, and doesn't run away even when the cats go near her.  She has not laid an egg for 4 days.  Her crop is soft and I have given her warm water with some honey in.

When you say her crop is soft at what time of day did you find it ?
Does her breath smell bad ?. If so she may have a inpacted crop, To help it clear turn her upside down with her head down and softly massage her crop and a lot of bad stuff will come out.
If none of this helps and she is no better then i would take her to the vets.
One last thing is her temperture the same as the others. Feel under her wing and then feel under another girls wing to see if it is the same. If she feels hot then she has a temperture. And a trip to the vets.

 Her crop was soft yesturday afternoon and this morning, and she feels the same temperature as the other girls.

open her beak and sniff her breath - does it smell sour?

Breath smells ok, she seems to have perked up abit now. 
Will just keep a very close eye on her over the next couple of days.
