Anyone know about GOGOSAR romanian sweet peppers. likes and dislikes?

I said -boasted really because she's quite attractive- to a Romanian friend that I had a greenhouse and could grow tomatoes and she leapt up and down and got her mother in law - shame she's married - to send me some GOGOSAR seeds from home.

On the packet I can see large sweet peppers but the Romanian tells me they are better than anything grown in the Uk.

The name of the pepper is Alexander ( Capsicum annum) Growth period 145 days, large fruits with 3-4 semianl cavities. Thick body. Highly productive.

Is the climate in Romania much warmer, do they grow these peppers out doors, what do I have to do to impress my friend if not her husband.
