Good evening all,  I'm pleased with my broad beans gorowth from seed, but now they are getting a bit taller should I be supporting them with canes or something?  they aren't tall enought to be leaning over so not sure if they need extra support.  There are lots of pods on them so they look to be growing nicely.

Yes they need cane support, and when they get taller you will also need to pinch the tops out to deter blackfly.

Don't worry, you'll still have plenty of beans to harvest when you do

I grow my beans in double rows.
I put stakes in the ground about 6 feet apart and run garden twine around the stakes at approx 1 foot stages. The beans are contained within this.
Works well.

Sorry im new to all this. I supported mine and they grew well (6ft) and pinched out the top, however i am only getting 2 beans on each plant. Dont know why? They flowered ages ago and 2 beans appeared but nothing since. How long do they take or shall i write them off now?
