Each year I grow "Victoria" self blanching Celery in the same spot with some measure of success.

However this year instead of using "Growmore" fertilizer I instead used frequent 6 day interval applications of diluted liquid seaweed  (recommended by a gardening book) commencing early June.

While the plants were distinctly green at the time of planting out they are all now Very Yellow with many of the leaves turned Brown.

Any advice please?

Seaweed extracts, etc supply mostly scarce nutrients and should never totally replace a regular nutrition supply such as fertilizer or manure.
Celery is a heavy feeder and requires a lot of water, so sadly, it's been going downhill as it can't get the bulk of what it needs. It's possible if you add some Gromore now or some manure slurry that the plants might recover.

Mine (self blanching,) have got yellow-ed outer leaves they looked really green and healthy until relatively recently.  Been watered twice a week (hopefully heavily enough) and had some growmore ... cheered up a bit in the single downpour we had recently. They taste really tough and bitter too ... but maybe it was a bit early to have been trying them?
