well i was not going to plant anything this year as per my prevous post BUT
i now have 4 thornless blackberry plants from wyvale on special offer,about 25 strawberry plants (assuming most of the runners will take) , 2 red currant plants , 2 black currant plants ,2 blueberry plants and 2 rhubarb plants as home base habe all thier fruit plants on offer aswell
total cost for the lot £38.87  bargain
most are just ripening
so thanks to you all for the great advice
im very new to this so please bear with me
my plot size is 4x5 sq mt

how exciting- I now prefer garden centres to designer outlets, this grow your own is very compulsive!

Don't forget to plant those blueberry plants in ericaceous compost (oh alright I can't spell it but it's the same one you use for heathers) or you won't get anything from them. One of the family didn't do it and wondered why she's had nothing for two years.  :lol:
