Is it possible/advisable to move an established asparagus bed?

It's possible but not advisable!

Fully mature asparagus plants will probably have a root system at least 3 feet across which will take some getting out intact and will not thank you much for trying!

It can be done however; have a look at THIS article about how they do it in the US of A.
