[Polytunnel-er]

Well its been a while since i signed in here! been lurkin g in the shadows!

The polytunnel is on its second summer and doesnt look like it will see another think it was the snow kept pushing it off the roof but i think the weight was too much the zips have seen better days too!

I have an invasions of aphids in the tunnel strangely only on my pepper plants, i am growing 4 different varieties and wonder why its only the peppers being affected

My chillis are doing really well, got them for 10p each in the sale at B&Q months ago, no tags on them so no idea what variety they are! If i post pictures are they identifiable easily?

Strawberries havent done so well, lots of runners despite cutting them back.. will next year be better for them?

i have more questions and will return later as my i'm being hollered at!!

If it's just a few you could squish with fingers or try a little washing up liquid in a spray bottle usually does the trick.
May take a couple of goes though.

Strawberries always do better in their 2nd and 3rd years after that you should replace them as the yield reduces.
