Can leeks be planted after Garlic...i have some in modules which are doing ok but really need planting on and my only hope is that my garlic can come up and the leeks can go in their place.

Mommm. Normally they go in the same bed with onions etc and other root crops, but if it's only the once, then I don't see a problem. See what others on here say.

Just try not to put a leek into exactly the same place where a garlic was growing, and give the soil a good feed.

the bed was only built last year and has only been used for the garlic. If i give it a good dose of BFB would that be sufficient as a feed?

Only concern would be that onions, leeks, garlic are all part of the allium family. So if you  had a problem - virus etc - then the leeks will be planted in a suitably contaminated bed .

Equally I tend to have leeks, onions and garlic in much the same place each year, and so far no problem.

Add a feed and as I presume no infection then get them in when the garlics come out.
