hi,  my husband is about to start building a run for our 5 chickens that we will be getting in july but as a new keeper i'm not sure  how big the run should be. please help.

For five l/f hens you will need a minimum of 5sqm/yds (so 1m x 5m), but preferably at least 10sqm, or ideally 15sqm.
