While the weather is so hot i decided to put some bottles of water in the freezer, when they had frozen i gave them to the chickens and they loved them. I left them for a while and when i went back they were cuddled up to the bottles having a lovely time cooling down.

oh what a good idea.  My 3 hens are spending a lot of time under the shubs I suppose it's like they're walking around with duvets on.  Thanks xx

I'll try that I was worried about mine last night I was too hot so I gues it must have been uncomfortable for them with all the feathers.  theyL start laying boiled eggs ha ha ha
