Couldn't wait to share with you all-

I've just been to the lottie to check up on my first ever spuds (early Rocket).  I dug up one plant to have a check then another and another (you know what its like).  The spuds kept coming and coming... I've come back with 21lb and I still got half to go. One of them weighs in a 1lb alone!!

Wow theres not much to top the feeling is there .. thanks for listening

Well done Rachel.

Eat these ones before you lift the others since new potatoes will turn green pretty quickly.   Keep them in the dark.

Now go plant something on the ground you cleared : maybe lettuce, beetroot, coriander, etc  :)
