My only Buff Orpington to hatch is dead, found it tonight when I went to shut them away for the night.

 It had been pecked badly and was barely alive when I found it so I had to finish it.  I feel most unwell now, the horrid part to animal ownership I guess.

Don't know why unless its because it was the odd one out of a mixed batch of eggs. Buffs and Wellsummers.  Yummy didn't seem very interested in it from the start, maybe she knows soomething I don't.
