does anyone have a fruit cage? I was thinking about buying one and just wondered if there are any key points to look out for

Get the roof netting off, at least, before the winter snows - otherwise the weight may well wreck the whole thing

i've built two sturdy cages this winter/spring. huge things with 3x2inch wooden posts and scaffold planks for support, scaffold netting stapled on with battens added. only cost me for the staples and netting.  i've got some fruit in them but mainly they're for brassicas. wonderful things they are.
