Hi my beet root seedlings are in a huge plastic pot, they look very limp and straggly - can anyone advise.  They were okay in the kitchen and then when i put outside they now look very droopy and not strong enough to survive.  They are probably the size of my little finger... help what should i do .  Last year i did exactly the same thing (i think) and had some lovely beetroot... what am i doing wrong?

Boltardy is a great variety (and may even be all you'll ever need!?!) - I don't even consider the planting of other types until later in the season as the early plantings of many other varieties often bolt.

Hi im using boltardy as i remember my dad using it... should i not have started them off yet?  shall i replant or just let them carry on with it and see what happens?
