any ideas anyone, the tips of the leaves on my tom plants in the greenhouse are going white,what could cause this
i dont suffer with insanity..........i enjoy every minute of it.

mine have done the same about a week ago and I brought them back in the house on the window sill and new growth seem fine..think in my case was too cold in greenhouse

Yep mine too - it kicked them out to the greenhouse way too soon and they caught man flu last week  :D

New growth is fine though.

thanks for this info, its very reassuring as i was worried about mine too.  new growth looks good though.  i also put mine in the greenhouse quite early, with a small heater but they still suffered. :(

I've had the same problem. Was worried they were going to struggle in an unheated greenhouse this early but there is just no more room in the house! This lot will just have to do or die. Have replacement left in the house if it comes to that having got a bit over excited at the sowing stage!

I'm still putting them out in the g/h in the morning and bringing them back in at night.
A bit OTT but they are my babies  :D

annoyingly the ones inside look worse than the ones in the cold frame, or the "extras" that are out in the open. They're all gonna have to go outside this week as they're pot bound and take their chances.
