I started my onions off in cells and they all did realy good, I planted them out last week but my question is do they need a fleece over them or not?
If you want to be happy for a short time - get drunk.

If you want to be happy for a long time - fall in love.

If you want to be happy forever - take up gardening!

Mine were sown 3 weeks ago straight into the ground. They've come up fine, only half of them - the birds have had the rest! On reflection a bit of fleece or netting would have been good!
"If you want to be happy for a day, get drunk. If you want to be happy for a week, get married. If you want to be happy for the rest of your life, be a gardener." - Chinese proverb
