just had our first meal of our earlies (Rocket)had them with salmon steak and salad oooooooo Rhubarb crumble and custard for afters.Looks like gooseberry tart will soon be on the dessert menu.( for the good life) :

my swifts are ready. nice too!

very low numbers of spud per plant though due to the ground not being prepared and left standing for 5 years.

its going to get a dung dig over the winter for sure.  

Dug mine yesterday, again lowish numbers on well prepared soil, first time I have grown them, but they are very good.
