planted some seeds the other , day these were sunflowers, poppies, delphiniums, larkspur, hollyhock and most of them are growing tall already first time ive ever grown flowers from seeds before apart from sunflowers but im really pleased with them

You say they are tall all ready, sre they getting enough light? Sounds as if they could be etiolated ( drawn ) to me.

they are getting loads of light to me and they are all green as well fongers crossed

If they are tall from the ground up to the first "seed" leaves that is a sign of not enough light.

If they are tall and have several leaves then well done!

If they have got a bit overstretched, when you prick them out, you can put them in a bit deeper, up to the first leaves, and then they should form sturdier plants.
