Hi, Can anybody tell me why one of my girls keep laying eggs with a very very pale yolk, this has only just started to happen. All of the girls are very healthy they have layers mash, plenty of  vedgetables and corn before they go to bed. I really dont know which one is laying it as you dont know untill you crack the egg.  ::)I have got 4 ex bats and 3 hybrids that are less than a year old thanks

from what i believe the orange colour of the yoke is primarily from the hens eating grass or green veg, sounds like your girl isn't eating her greens. :blink:
