I currently have the Brinsea Mini advance 7 egg incubator, and I'd like to upgrade to a slightly larger incubator.

I'm thinking of getting this one -

Does anyone have one of these, and what do you think of it... what are the hatch rates like?

How does the humidity work.. do you just pour the water in and leave it?

Is it fully automatic?

I bought one last year. Hatched 3/6 ducks, 3/6 Sussex chickens, 2/6 ducks then 2/6 again. Didn't have any die at the last stage so don't know whether results were incy related or just infertile eggs. I tranferred mine to a different incy for hatching as it was easier to keep the humidity up.
BUT...............I've just ordered the automatic humidity pump to go with it to keep the humidity up for hatching. Like it as it is easy to clean but don't like the wire separaters as I managed to break an egg last year while trying to adjust the separater
