To chit or not is a choice but we will all be planting some spuds late March early April. We will tend them, feed them, earth them up as required and rejoice in the fact they taste so much better than supermarket spuds. A lovely plate full of new spuds with melting butter and a sprinkling of chopped mint. When you get to that bit who cares if you chitted or not.
